Carabiner Keychain

In case you don’t know what a carabiner keychain is, its actually a low grade carabiner that’s used for climbing. Some times a carabiner keychain will be much smaller than a carabiner that is used for rock climbing and the carabiner keychain that might be a real sized carabiner is not up to any sort of climbing code, unless of course you bought an actual carabiner from a rock climbing shop and used that as a carabiner keychain. They come in many different colors and they work great as a keychain!

I bought my husband a carabiner keychain because he has a tendency to break his key chains. Its not that he has damaged keys but he has broken many key chains over the years and because of that he has actually lost a few keys. There was one time in particular that he dropped his key chain and it snapped in half, three keys that were on his key chain fell and were completely lost forever down an old well of all things while we were on vacation. One of those keys went to our rental car and that meant that we were stuck out in the middle of no where with no one around where we were checking out an old ghost town. What happened was that he bumped up against the well and the key chain that he was using just snapped and broke and some of the keys fell down and some fell in the well.

It was the next day that I happened to be in a gift shop and saw the carabiner keychain. Unlike some of the carabiner key chains that I have seen this one was made out of a real carabiner and there for it is even more durable than some of the carabiner key chains that you can buy out there. He love the carabiner keychain that I got him, and I even got it in a shinny metallic blue to match his truck. Getting a carabiner keychain was the best thing that I could have ever done for him and for us. Since I bought him the carabiner keychain he has never broken another key chain or lost another key down a well again! If your husband breaks key chains or has lost keys then a carabiner keychain might just be a good thing to buy for him too. In fact I think that I am going to get one for all of the men in my life so that they will stop loosing their keys, can keep them all in one spot and don’t ever loose or break keys or key chains again.
